Commissioning Ceremony of Cadet Chandler Hughes

This event is the Commissioning Ceremony of Cadet Chandler Hughes. He will be joined by members of the ROTC program and friends and family to celebrate his commissioning as a Second Lieutenant. The ceremony will consist of the Oath of Office, ceremonious first salute, and cake cutting.
