Dr. Elizabeth Fournier, professor and chair of the Department of History, Government and Public Policy, has been elected the President-elect for the North Carolina Political Science Association. The mission of the association is to provide a forum for developing and learning about political science and all its sub-fields.

Her term will begin in 2015.
